It is very exciting to see your children purchase their first home. Whis this always comes the challenge of painting, stripping wallpaper, tearing up carpet, plumbing, gardening, etc…….But with a little elbow grease and passion you can make a rusty nail look like an Oscar Award!!

Last week Thursday and Friday I spent the two days at the IBM facility downtown Chicago attending an intense 2 day IBM Rational Whitboarding seminar.
The objective of the Rational Whiteboard initiative was to elevate communication of Rational’s value from “death by PowerPoint” to an interactive, confident and compelling discussion with my Rational prospects. The Whiteboard provided me with a simple format to discuss Rational solutions and value that can easily be customized for my client’s industry, challenges and specific situation. During the workshop I learned how to deliver the Rational Whiteboard story andworked in teams to develop my skills in delivering the Rational story through a structured whiteboard approach.
The seminar was very intense and demanding but well worth it. I look forward in using this new skill to assist my clients with there demands and challenges.
